This is a house in the center of Skiathos, next to the Metropolitan Church and it is intended for short-term rental accommodation. The owners’ interest focused more on our decorative proposals and less on architectural interventions. Bright and warm tones were chosen in order to combine the urban landscape of the house with the amazing view from its roof garden.
A discreet boho aesthetic is what gives character to the interior, as the rest of the elements function as a white canvas. This approach is adopted because the house will be occupied by different users. Throughout the house open storage solutions and non-conventional constructions were designed to make room for much needed moving axeses.
The living room, as a relaxation space, is designed with soft textures, bright colors and open plan relationships between the rest of the spaces.
